Shopping during Ramadan

Although they do not eat or drink, the Palestinians in the Muslim Quarter are very visible. People walk around, buying things to break the fast. The shopkeepers work their stalls, inviting people to buy their wares. I picked up a few works in Arabic in the past few years. I am in no way fluent, and fortunately their English is much better than my 'Arabi.

In the Christian Quarter, there are also some Muslim shops, whose owners are observing the fast.
